[ Sitework estimating ]

Sitework estimating on one estimate, across every scope on the site

A site is not one activity. It is clearing, stripping, cut, trench, grade and haul-off, each with its own unit, its own crew and its own production. EARTHVOQ prices them separately and totals them once.

14 days. No card.

A site is more than one activity

The mistake that costs money on sitework is pricing the whole site at one blended rate. Clearing and fine grading do not consume the same crew, the same machine or the same hours per unit, and averaging them hides whichever one is going to hurt.

Takeoff for a site, not for a shape

Six scopes means six sets of quantities off the same plan set, each on its own layer and each in its own unit.

One calibration, every layer

The scale is set once per sheet and every measurement on it inherits it. Layers are named after your scopes, so the totals arrive already sorted the way you will price them.

The measurement side has its own page — earthwork takeoff — and it is the same tool.

Rates per activity, not per job

Your own crews and machines, assigned where they actually work.

One estimate, priced by scope

And when the job is won, the same six scopes become the six budgets it is measured against.

That means the overrun shows up on the scope that caused it. On a site job that matters more than anywhere else: the trench can be 30% over while the mass excavation carries it, and a single job-level number would show you nothing at all.

Price a site the way it will actually be built.
